Game Controller Compatibility

Which game controller should I buy if I want maximum compatibility with Dive games?

Some forums mentions idroid:con, OUYA, Playstation, Xbox but most game descriptions does not dare to mention more than the vague term: bluetooth controller

I already have an usb HID no name game controller, the usb controller on the phone recognises it but I have yet to see a game that supports it. I would prefer that I wouldn't need to root my phone.

What is your experience? Which one should I buy? Are the Chinese clones any good?

Can I use my laptop or tablet as bluetooth controller as long as I don't have a real controller?

I was working on this project, you can control a mobile game from your computer, I made this for Three.js games (web-based).

Thanks, I'll have a look at it.
But as impatient as I was, I decided to buy an iPega anyway. :-)

I have had a lousy experience with idroid:con. In every case I can use either the analogues, and no buttons, or the buttons and no analogues. I have an S3, so maybe that's not an issue with other phones.

Hi, friend.

What platform are you going to play on? A personal computer or a game console? In any of these cases, you need to pick up a controller for your convenience. I would recommend you an Xbox controller. As for me, it seems to be more successful than the Playstation. Definitely go with an Xbox controller.

When I first my PC, I used a PS4 controller because that's what I had on hand and DS4 worked okay but too many times I found that it would glitch and my controller wouldn't connect properly.

So I choose Xbox controller.

Good luck choosing a good controller,

Andersen
