You would have to change steering and the camera.
I dont know if unity is capable loading 3d models dynamic from the sdcard etc

Hi,
here is a beta of a 3dviewer, loads only "3ds" files at the moment,
just click at a "3ds" file with a file manager app will start.
*** Will not load all objects/size ***

You will have to find north to see the object, just turn around.
Keys are:
Rotate Object
w a s d
Scale Object
+ / -
Zoom Cam
x / c
