Unreal Engine 4 doenst have more powerful graphics. The only biggest difference is the Global Illumination. The rest Unity can do all... You should know how to work with specific shaders in Unity.

Unity 5 will come with Global Illumination and new Standard Shader. The Quality will be the same.

If you want to stay in Unity 4 you can use great http://www.Livenda.com shaders and many others, its a big work, search for shaders or write your custom shaders. Many indie developers doenst know about that.
