Casinos where support really helps

There was a case when my money froze when I was replenishing it, and the support of another casino simply ignored me for a day. That's why I'm looking for a place where the support really helps, and doesn't just throw replies. If anyone has encountered this, please tell me.

At crazy time results the support is just awesome. Once I mistakenly chose the wrong method of replenishment, the money did not arrive. I wrote in the chat - in 5 minutes they answered, sorted it out, returned the money. I had a couple more questions about bonuses - they explained everything clearly. Very polite guys, without formal phrases. It's nice when you feel that you are not just "client #123". This is rare, but here is real service.
