Seeking Advice on Reiki Training Programs for Beginners

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in starting my journey into energy healing and have been reading a lot about reiki. I'm curious about the best way to approach reiki training for someone with no prior experience. Are there specific certifications or levels I should aim for? So, what should I look for in a reputable reiki training course? 

I want to ensure the training is authentic and provides practical skills. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on online vs. in-person training or personal experiences with different programs.
