Minimal effort — maximum benefit

Minimal effort — maximum benefit

I want to find something that doesn't take much time, but still helps me stay afloat. Liven seems to be exactly about this — minimum clicks, a little tracking, and it's already easier. But how do you remember to use it when everything is like a fog day after day? Maybe you've come up with your own way?

Complex self-monitoring systems are not for me. I was looking for a tool that would not take away energy, but on the contrary, return it a little. I did not need a perfect plan, just a little support. After several unsuccessful apps, I found liven app — a minimalist tracker where you can simply mark your mood and basic states. It took me less than a minute a day, but gave unexpected clarity. Over time, I began to feel more stable. If you are looking for a simple solution to stabilize your day, this is something worth trying.

Burning yourself with additional tasks during periods of stress is not the best idea. Sometimes it’s better to start simple: introduce 1–2 actions that are realistic to complete. This helps you avoid burnout while maintaining a sense of forward movement.
