Tuning Without Triggering Odometer

Hi folks! I’m thinking of doing a few tuning runs but want to keep my odometer untouched. I know some methods log miles even during dyno pulls, which I’d rather avoid. Any setups or gadgets that can handle this without screwing with system integrity?
