Looking for a partner to co-develop an RPG game

I’ve got an RPG concept I’ve been developing for months, but I need help with creating assets and structuring the visual side. I'm not sure if I should look for freelancers or a proper studio. Has anyone worked with a design-focused team for something like this?

When I started building my first RPG, I faced the same dilemma — freelance or studio? I chose to work with a game creation studio and it was the right move for the scope of the project. Having a structured team meant that we got a concept artist, UI/UX specialist, and level designer all under one roof. That kind of synergy is hard to achieve with scattered freelancers. They helped refine our lore visually, made consistent character models, and even polished map layouts based on gameplay needs. It made development faster and visually coherent. If you're serious about launching the game, a full-service agency could really push your idea forward.
