How Can I Book a Reliable Car in Lahore?

Hi everyone, 

I'm planning a trip to Lahore and need advice on how to book a reliable car for getting around the city. I'm hoping to book a car in Lahore that's comfortable, reasonably priced, and preferably comes with a driver. 

Should I go with a local rental agency or use an app-based service like Careem or Uber? Are there any trusted car rental services you've used or recommend? So, how early should I book to avoid last-minute issues? 

Any tips on insurance or hidden charges would be appreciated too.
