Hey, everybody. Tell me, have you encountered a situation where a VMDK has been corrupted?  What tools did you use to repair a corrupted VMDK? I really need it!

Greetings, I faced a similar situation a few months ago. In my case, I used VMware vSphere Data Recovery tool to recover the corrupted VMDK. This tool provides a pretty robust vmdk corrupt repair mechanism. However, I also recommend you to create a backup before using any recovery tool to avoid data loss.

I have experienced similar issues and have used VMware's vCenter Converter utility, which allows you to convert and restore virtual machines. It is important to note that when using any recovery tool, regular backups are a key step to ensure data security
