HOA & Apartment Owners: How Are You Handling AB 2579 Compliance?

Has anyone here started dealing with the new AB 2579 requirements in California? I’ve been reading up on California AB 2579, and it seems like a lot of HOAs and apartment owners are scrambling to get inspections and repairs done before deadlines hit.

From what I understand, the law focuses on balcony, deck, stairway, and walkway safety—requiring regular inspections by licensed pros. I came across Tomer Malki from Malki Construction, who’s been helping property owners navigate the process, and he seems to really know the ins and outs of compliance.
