I’ve been reading about scalp injections to stimulate hair growth and wondering if anyone here has firsthand experience. Treatments like PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and mesotherapy are said to boost circulation, nourish follicles, and encourage new growth. 

Some people report visible improvements within months, but results seem to vary. Was it painful, expensive, or actually effective for you? I’m currently weighing this against topical options like minoxidil. It would be great to hear honest feedback, success stories, or even warnings before investing in this approach.
