This is my first dive build (or Unity for that matter) , thanks Stefan for the excellent dive/unity tutorial! For my first test game i took my favorite Oculus Rift demo (Riftoon) which was built from the Toon Level Kit unity asset by the hedgehog team , and i diveified it! Everything was pretty straightforward and worked as expected. The only thing i had to do was turn off a few fog effects, and optimize it a bit for mobile and it seems to be working pretty well.
I'm getting anywhere between 30-60fps on my HtC One (old one not the M8) , i'm still working to optimize the textures to get it running faster ... i would love any advice from you guys on how to best accomplish this!
anyways, take a look and let me know what you think... be kind
Oh i forgot to mention, the controls are standard up down left right, and works great with the WiiMote , haven't tested with any other bluetooth controller yet sorry.

Check out the shadowgun Tutorial from unity with great examples to get faster framerates. Also : get polycount low. How many tris do you have on the screen when using sBS mode ?
I will probably make a video tutorial on optimizing content for dive soon.

i'll definitely take a look at the Shadowgun Unity Tutorial , thanks for the tip Stefan! I'm not sure how many tri's i have in the scene , how can i tell ?
I've read one thing that they say can dramatically help with framerate would be turning on Occlusion Culling , do you have any experience with this? Although it seems that i would need Unity Pro in order to use that feature.
I love the Dive btw Stefan , although i want to mention that i am using the 7x aspheric lenses with a lens holder that someone posted on thingiverse , and it makes a world of difference from the stock lenses !
Thanks again, Mark

hey mate its nice the first drive game for Android that i know, you could add rotation by the joystick too so i can play even with just 180* places like a non rotate chair, my bed, airplanes, etc. i have this script if you need, play my game with a PS3 controller and you will see what i mean: Spider Solitaire
