How to simplify task planning with AI?

Work, meetings, personal tasks - I write everything down in notes, but then I get lost in this chaos. I wonder if there are convenient AI solutions for smart planning and task management, so that everything is automatically sorted and reminders arrive on time? Has anyone tried such tools, how much real help do they provide?

If you have a lot of tasks and everything is jumbled up in your head, it's more convenient when notes help you organize them. AI can prioritize, remind you of things to do, and even suggest when it's best to do something. It's easier than manually writing everything down and then getting lost in lists. I like it when you don't have to spend time planning and everything is already organized. AI programs do just that - they analyze what's important and tell you when to get busy
