What features should a custom healthcare app include?

I’m planning a project for a small clinic and considering custom healthcare app development. Before we get started, I’d like to know what features are essential in a healthcare app. Should we focus more on scheduling, patient records, or telemedicine tools? If you’ve built something similar, I’d really appreciate your suggestions.
