Hi, First of all I want to say to the Dive creator, Stefan : Good Work ! Very impressive. I really like the concept. HMD with a decent resolution, at a very low price.
It seems to work fine. Vertically, the holder is guided by the teeth. The holder cant rotate, so it's perfectly scare. Horizontally, each step moves the lens by 1.5mm. I think that will allow an enough adjustment ?
I will share you the 3d files if you want..
ps : sorry for my bad english !!

Looks nice! I would be grateful if you could upload the complete STL files.
By the way, nice delta printer. I'd like to upgrade my Prusa i3 eventually, but deltas look incredibly complicated to build.

BTW the OpenDive modification the OP has used can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:93460 The only thing left would be the custom lens holders.

Hi Diskun, I have not access to my PC until thuesday, so I will share my stl files with you later. I used the 93460 thingiverse design and I copied some ideas for my own design. I will show you my modifications.
I started with a prusa first, but the delta construction is not as difficult as you think. The hardest part was to get my electronic work (i bought a cheap chinese one..).
Thanks, it has some pretty interesting ideas, like the toothed lens holder, as soon as I get the lens I'll try your design too.

@ Diskun I really encourage you to print different sizes of teeth and try them before print the all opendive. The good fitting of the part depend on your printer and its settings.
You might want to print the lens holder and try to print only the block and adjust its width (see my ALL.skp file).
