I broke my lenses. ¿Can I buy similar lenses?

hi all, I broke one of the lenses from the Durovis OpenDive Lens Kit, and now I'm looking for lenses similar to the original because I can't buy the original for now ... How many increases have lenses? X5? X7? x10?

PD: Can I use the lenses of jewelry? For Example: http://articulo.mercadolibre.com.ve/MLV ... ojeria-_JM
