Never recieved developer opendive

hi guys!
i was so excited when i got the email saying my developer application was approved and they sent out my dive. but its been like 2 weeks now and havent gotten anything yet i ordered something from china once and i got it in 10 days with standard shipping i live in the us. can an admin check if its been shipped out and can i get a tracking number? thanks
