HELP! Unity is driving me crazy!

I haven't used Unity for a while and now I've come back to it, made some changes to my game and suddenly Build and Run doesn't push the program to my phone anymore. I'm about ready to throw my computer through the window. Anyone have this problem before and know what to do about it? I've already restarted Unity and closed everything else.

This error message comes up sometimes too:
Moving Temp/Assembly-UnityScript-firstpass.dll to Library/ScriptAssemblies/Assembly-UnityScript-firstpass.dll failed: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Okay, I haven't figured out what the problem is, but I can just build the program and manually put it on my phone. Pain in the butt, but it works. Now I'm having a different problem.

When using a controller, pressing up has always moved me in the direction that I'm looking. Now suddenly up moves me in the same direction, regardless of where I'm looking. Any ideas what might have happened?
