Interior Design Before Construction?

Interior Design Before Construction?

Hi folks! I’m in the early design stages of a new build and thinking about locking in interior finishes before construction starts. Do you think it’s too early, or can it actually help avoid delays?

It’s actually a great idea. Finalizing interior design before construction not only speeds up the timeline but helps avoid costly changes later on. I’ve done this on a few projects using Genense Studio https://www.genense.com/ , and their 3D architectural visualization and rendering made the process much easier. They create lifelike interiors that show clients how every finish, piece of furniture, and lighting choice will look in context. It removes the guesswork, gets client approvals faster, and keeps the build process on track from day one.
