Solution for ostomy patients

Hey guys! I recently had ostomy surgery and I’m struggling to find something that keeps the skin around my stoma protected without peeling or irritation. I’d love any suggestions that have worked for you or someone you care for. Thanks a lot!

That sounds familiar — my aunt went through the same thing after her colostomy. They gave her skin a break from constant trauma and kept the area sealed from external moisture and friction. The dressings are breathable, waterproof, and super gentle during changes, which made a huge difference in comfort. She was able to go longer between changes without skin issues flaring up, and that really improved her quality of life day to day. Worth trying if your skin needs better protection!
